Highlights: The operator required that the participation to the promotion should go through the voice channel – as a local culture requirement. The volume of subscribers (over 20M) imposed that this channel would be available to carry the full campaign if necessary – as a part of our zero-error- tolerance approach.
The application of the necessary upgrades to the IVR module of MobileMedia’s 3ME platform, covered flawlessly the needs of the project. Even though texting was eventually the most popular way of participation, IVR users didn’t miss on the excitement of participating.
