Description: The client wanted for the ice cream season to launch an on pack promotion aiming at driving sales and increasing awareness of new flavors. The consumers found the unique code on the BOSS ice cream stick which they texted to a shortcode or submitted online to win 3.000€. At the end of each of the twelve weeks of the campaign a draw for the 3.000€ was performed among the participants of the week.


Results: The promotion targeted the teen and young adult audience and resulted in a boost in sales, an increase of customer satisfaction, an increase of trial for Boss ice creams and strengthened the loyalty with the existing customers.
