Description: The client set the objective to boost in store sales and increase revenue. The coupon-based campaign targeted the customers of 40 Metro supermarkets across the country. The customers, based on the volume of their purchases, were awarded with a coupon with a unique code. The participants texted the code to a specific shortcode and had the chance to win, in total, more than 120.000€ in vouchers. Prizes were either instantly won, either with a draw every day and every forthnight.


Results: The campaign, being the repeat of a previous similar one, successfully led to an increase in revenue, of customer loyalty and a significant increase of the customer volume to the Metro retail shops.
